Saiid Ordibehest
Saiid possesses an unusually broad range of skills and experience particularly in project and programme management, business turnaround, organisational development, team building and leadership. His IT & Management Consulting career through out the past twenty years has seen him to lead a Consulting Business in Dublin, implement mission critical programmes for the Finance Service Sector, to assist organisations reduce costs of service by outsourcing commodity services and to work with Senior Management and Executives to improve service and profitability. Before co-founding SolutionEnable, Saiid was a Director with VISION Consulting.
Kevin Coakley
Kevin is a Programme Director with SolutionEnable. Areas of expertise include management of large-scale global IT and business change programmes, and post merger integration and reorganization. Prior to joining SolutionEnable, Kevin was Global Solutions Manager with Hewlett Packard Financial Services (HPFS). HPFS is the captive leasing arm of Hewlett Packard, it is a global operation with a lease book of approximately $8 billion and a new business volume of $4 billion/annum. Kevin previously worked with Vision Consulting and Anderson Consulting.
Paul Fegan
Paul is a Programme Director with deep expertise in all aspects of project management and control. He has delivered mission critical initiatives for a broad range of clients from Government departments through to local SMEs, all the time maintaining the focus on return on investment for the client. He has a particularly strong background in financial services having worked with many leading Irish and UK financial institutions in both solution design and delivery roles on programmes such as regulatory compliance and capital adequacy, merger integration and operational efficiency. Paul is a co-founder of SolutionEnable, he previously held senior roles with Version1 Software and VISION Consulting.
Mike McKay
Mike is a co-founding Director of Solution Enable. Prior to establishing Solution Enable he spent nine years with VISION Consulting, the last four years as a Director. Before joining VISION Consulting Mike worked with Electronic Data Systems (EDS), which he joined as a graduate and achieved the level of Account Manager. Areas of expertise include management of large-scale business change, IT and compliance programmes in Europe and the US, implementing strategic plans, and working at Executive-level with companies in Europe and the US.
Gary O'Sullivan
With a background in manufacturing and management consulting, Gary worked with Deloitte Consulting, VISION, Bausch & Lomb, and Ford in various senior roles across Ireland and the UK prior to joining SolutionEnable. Gary has built considerable business experience and expertise in a wide range of sectors. He has developed a deep understanding of how organisations are constructed, how they perform and how new processes, practices and technology can be applied to improve performance and customer satisfaction. He works at all levels in organisations to produce radical shifts in performance and his customers are consistently delighted with the results he produces. He is particularly skilled in Organisational Design, Optimisation and Transformation Leadership and has a significant track record in the application of these in many functions within organisations, across many sectors.
Lawrence Vesey
Before joining SolutionEnable, Lawrence worked with euroConex Technologies from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that he spent 11 years with VISION Consulting, reaching a position of Consulting Director in 2002. Lawrence started his career with Price Waterhouse Management Consultants in Dublin, where he joined as a graduate. With a strong background in Payments, specifically in Card Acquiring and Card Issuing, Lawrence has worked at executive level with companies in Europe and the US, managing major business change and technology projects. This has included Mergers and Acquisitions, Due Diligence, Change Management, Card and Merchant migrations, and Operational Management. A strong leader, Lawrence brings a clear pragmatic focus to all his engagements with clients.
Nick Connors
An experienced Programme Manager who has held senior line management positions in consulting and services companies. He works with decision makers at Board level and has an in depth knowledge of the IT software and services industry. Nick is currently Managing director of a technology services company Tekenable Ltd. and is a sister company to SolutionEnable. TEKenable is a specialist software house delivering high-end software and consulting solutions to all sectors, with particular focus on Government, Finance and Healthcare.
